We manufacture our die boards to run their best for the customer's specific press. We evaluate every design, take into account the test and flute of the corrugated board to be used, adjust the knife and score to work best with the particular board combination, and make recommendations that we feel will give our customers the best results. We also have the ability to give seminars and help train operators to use best practices to achieve better results with less downtime.

We strive to use the most up-to-date materials and die making procedures possible. We've researched, developed and patented unique methods for manufacturing various types of rotary dies, including EVOL style dies. But we don't stop there.
