CAL PLATE IS ONE OF THE LARGEST FLEXOGRAPHIC PLATE MANUFACTURERS ON THE WEST COAST.

We offer a number of plate material options for flexographic presses including digital, sheet and liquid photopolymer. We take advantage of the latest advanced imaging and HD screening technologies to best suit your project. Our plates can be produced in a wide variety of thicknesses, surfaces, durometers and sizes either as a standard plate or as our ultra lightweight I-Plate.

I-Plates are produced by only imaging areas of copy and removing as much unnecessary plate material as possible, thereby creating Islands of print. This makes the I-Plate package much lighter and easier to handle than conventional plate packages.

We, of course, also provide a wide range of mounting materials, supplies and services to ensure plates are mounted accurately for excellent press registration.

We're continually researching and working with vendors and other experts in the industry to identify and test the latest innovations before providing them to our customers.
