Film Imaging Services

FIS ( Film Imaging Service) is a key process in being to manufacture
oversized plate sizes. Our Avantra inline film imaging processor allows
Cal Plate to output film sizes to match our maximum plate output size which
is 52” x 80”. Utilizing dot percent measuring instruments such a densitometer
allows our FIS technician to output film negatives accurately each and every time

Liquid Plate Services

Our Liquid Plate room is equipped with many photopolymer machines that can be adjusted for various plate heights and plate durometers. In having skilled and highly experienced plate makers we are confident that our printing plates will meet your quality standards.

Cyrel Plate Services

As a DuPont Certified Trade Shopwe are equipped with newest DupontCyrel 52”x 80” state-of-the-art plate making machine.This allows our plate making technicians To process Cyrel plates with greater efficiency and a better quality results.

Mounting Services

We have various plate mounting machines otherwiseknown as “Opti-Checks”. With a wide variety of mounting cylinders we are able to pre-mount to your printing pressspecifications. From Analog to Video Drill plate mountingyou are guaranteed pin-point registration.
